Change Manager (for a fixed period ~1 year)

Baltic Shared Services Center is a shared operations center providing Network and IT Systems Support and Maintenance, business assurance and roaming services to Tele2 companies in the Baltics States, established in February 2020.

Baltic IT Systems Support Discipline provides technical maintenance services to adjust and adapt IT systems to Baltics Business's ever-changing landscape. The Baltic IT department is looking for a Change Manager (for a fixed period 1 year) to join.

This role is meant for you if you have:

• at least 2-3 years experience in IT project management and/or change manager in international company;
• proven experience in result oriented cooporation with inhouse and outsourced partners;
• degree in IT/ Telecommunications/ Engineering/ Management or other relevant education;
• understanding of Agile delivery methodologies;
• be responsible and main point-of-contact about IT-demand towards Business Supporting systems and its delivery;
• exceptional communication and negotiation skills;
• good planning skills;
• it would be an advantage to have previous experience in the BSS domain.
  
  
  
  

Your main tasks will be:

• have a regular connects with market Stakeholders to prioritize IT-demand;
• align with BSS systems Delivery leads about upcoming sprint scope and align deliveries with surrounding systems;
• own the BSS Change Management process and follow-up on timely delivery;
• collaborate with supplier and follow-up on SLA’s;
• to work in a multicultural environment, in close cooperation with Tele2 markets and colleagues in Riga and abroad.
  
  
  
  

Salary: 2500 – 2800 EUR (gross)
