Your job:

As a Full Stack Developer IoT, you'll work across mobile, backend, and cloud layers to develop robust, scalable, and secure features. You'll collaborate with embedded engineers, system architects, and product owners to build end-to-end solutions that interface with real-world devices over various networks.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop mobile apps using Flutter (iOS & Android)
• Build and maintain backend services on Microsoft Azure (Functions, IoT Hub, Azure Data Explorer, SQL Server)
• Develop and integrate secure REST APIs and real-time communication (e.g., WebSockets, MQTT)
• Collaborate with hardware and cloud teams to manage device connectivity and data flow
• Understand and work with network conditions including VPNs, firewalls, and cellular connections
• Optimize performance for constrained and intermittent network environments
• Contribute to CI/CD workflows, automated testing, and deployment pipelines

(Technical) Requirements

• 3+ years of development experience in IoT projects
• Mobile: Flutter, Dart
• Backend: Python, REST APIs, WebSockets
• Cloud: Microsoft Azure (IoT Hub, Azure Functions, API management, App Gateway, Blob Storage, Azure Data Explorer, SQL Server)
• IoT/Networking: MQTT, HTTPS, OAuth2, VPNs, NAT

• Strong experience with Flutter for mobile app development
• Solid backend development skills (Python or similar)
• Experience with Azure cloud services
• Understanding of basic networking concepts: IP, NAT, firewalls, VPN, DNS
• Awareness of cellular communication challenges in IoT (e.g., low bandwidth, high latency)
• Bonus: Experience working with MQTT or IoT protocols in real-world deployment
• Basic proficiency in Dutch (reading and speaking) is required
