Job Description:

This hybrid role combines leadership and technical expertise, responsible for leading technical teams while also analyzing and designing systems to meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems architecture, software development, and business analysis. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and product owners to ensure that technical solutions are aligned with business goals and are delivered effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

• System analysts in designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions.
• Oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, helping them solve complex problems.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and evaluate their potential use within the organization.

System Analysis & Design:

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Solution Development: Oversee the development and implementation of software solutions, ensuring they align with system design and business needs.
• System Integration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing infrastructure.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Ensure all technical processes, system designs, and coding standards are documented thoroughly.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress of technical projects.
