We are seeking a creative and motivated graphic designer. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about design and eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.

Job Description:

• Visual Creation: Assist in designing engaging visuals for various media (print and digital) such as brochures, posters, web banners, and social media.

• Visual Identity: Contribute to the development and updating of the company's visual identity (logos, graphic guidelines, etc.) under guidance.

• Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, communication, and product development teams to help ensure consistency in visual messaging.

• Project Involvement: Participate in different stages of graphic projects, from brainstorming to execution, while learning to manage deadlines and budgets.

• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on current graphic design trends and share innovative ideas to enhance our communication materials.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Degree or final year student in graphic design, visual arts, visual communication, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) with a willingness to learn and develop skills further.
• Skills in web design (UI/UX) and animation (After Effects) are a plus.
• Personal Qualities:
• Creativity and a sense of innovation.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Attention to detail and precision.
• Ability to assist in managing multiple projects and meet deadlines while learning to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Languages: Proficiency in Polish and English required.
