AI-Driven Graphic Designer – Digital Content & E-commerce

Role Description:
We are looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong digital mindset, focused on content creation, e-commerce, UX/UI, and visual communication across digital channels based in our headquarters - Lugano.
This role is ideal for a creative and technically skilled designer who can combine strong design sensitivity with practical execution across websites, mobile interfaces, newsletters, social media, digital campaigns, and brand content.
A key part of the role will be the ability to use generative AI tools as a creative support system to accelerate ideation, explore visual directions, improve workflow efficiency, and support content development, while always maintaining strong brand consistency, premium execution, and human creative judgment.
The ideal candidate is not only a designer, but someone curious, digitally fluent, organized, and able to work across e-commerce, marketing, product, and development teams.
What you will do:
- Design digital assets for websites, mobile interfaces, e-commerce, landing pages, newsletters, social media, advertising, and brand campaigns
- Create and develop layouts for e-commerce websites, corporate websites, landing pages, and promotional content
- Design user-focused digital experiences with attention to UX, responsive design, grids, hierarchy, usability, and conversion
- Work with Figma to create layouts, prototypes, UI components, and digital design systems
- Create graphic assets for digital campaigns, social media, performance marketing, CRM, and newsletter channels
- Support newsletter design and production, including layouts, visual consistency, content preparation, testing, and scheduling
- Collaborate closely with marketing, e-commerce, merchandising, product, frontend, and content teams
- Translate creative concepts into polished digital visuals aligned with brand guidelines
- Develop and maintain visual guidelines across digital platforms
- Use generative AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Runway, or similar to support creative concepts, moodboards, visual exploration, and production workflows
- Prepare creative proposals, briefs, demos, and presentations for internal stakeholders
- Ensure consistency of designs and content across all digital touchpoints
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while respecting deadlines and brand standards
Newsletter & CRM Channel:
- Support the creation of newsletter layouts and digital CRM assets
- Work on the newsletter look and feel in line with brand identity, campaign direction, and website content
- Collaborate with graphic, e-commerce, merchandising, and marketing teams to collect content and assets
- Support newsletter calendar updates and campaign planning
- Prepare, check, and test newsletter content, including links, product availability, translations, and visual consistency
- Work with newsletter or CRM tools such as Emarsys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar
- Send, schedule, or support the launch of newsletters when needed
E-Commerce & Digital Contentl:
- Translate marketing content into digital storytelling for websites and e-commerce platforms
- Create content proposals, banners, landing pages, product-focused graphics, and campaign visuals
- Work closely with frontend teams through project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar
- Support staging checks, QA, and testing across countries, languages, audiences, and devices
- Ensure web content is visually strong, technically correct, and aligned with UX/UI standards
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Digital Designer, Web Designer, UX/UI Designer, or E-commerce Designer
- Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and ideally Premiere Pro
- Advanced experience with Figma
- Strong knowledge of web design, mobile-first design, responsive layouts, grids, typography, colour, visual hierarchy, and UI best practices
- Experience designing for e-commerce, digital campaigns, social media, websites, landing pages, and newsletters
- Familiarity with newsletter or CRM tools such as Emarsys or similar platforms
- Familiarity with generative AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT, or similar
- Ability to use AI tools thoughtfully to support ideation, visual research, concept development, and workflow efficiency
- Strong portfolio showing digital design, campaign assets, UX/UI thinking, and creative execution
- Ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and consistency across platforms
- Interest in fashion, luxury, digital culture, new technologies, and visual trends
Nice to Have
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend implementation
- Experience working with developers, staging platforms, CMS tools, or e-commerce platforms
- Experience with motion design, video editing, or animated digital content
- Knowledge of performance marketing creatives and conversion-focused design
- Experience in fashion, luxury, lifestyle, retail, or premium consumer brands
