What we do;

At ING Türkiye, we leverage the power of data science and advanced analytics to create impactful solutions across various domains. Our team is at the forefront of driving AI transformation in the bank by:

• Building machine learning models to optimize business processes, such as operations, credit risk management and customer engagement
• Partnering with different departments to identify and execute data-driven projects
• Developing and deploying advanced analytical solutions for standardized model development processes
• Exploring cutting-edge technologies such as Generative AI to innovate in customer experience and internal operations
• Collaborating with data engineering teams to create robust data pipelines and scalable infrastructure

If you think you have most of the following qualifications;

• Bachelor’s with analytical background, preferably in a quantitative discipline – Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, MIS, Statistics etc. (Master’s degree will be a plus)
• 2+ Years Experience in Data Science / Data Analytics
• Expert level experience in Data Analysis
• Knowledge of Python and SQL
• Knowledge and experience with Machine Learning Models, Large Language Models (LLM) and their applications
• Excellent team member with an ability to clearly communicate at all levels of an organization in a collaborative and non-hierarchical environment
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills; detail-oriented and forward thinking,
• Good at communication and coordination, stakeholder management, team-work, analytical thinking, highly motivated and result oriented personality
• Desire to use modern technologies as a disruptive influence
• Excellent written/verbal communication and reporting skills in Turkish and English
• Open-minded for new technologies

If you think you may take charge of the following responsibilities;

• Manage the entire analytical process – from outlining the type of solution through implementation, interpretation of results and transferring capabilities to business units
• Use data assets to gain insights into current business processes and propose enhancements for core decision making processes
• Develop advanced analytical models, incorporating Machine Learning & LLM solutions; analyze, process and evaluate to create impact
• Build an in-depth understanding of the business domain and available data assets
• Communicate effectively with analytics/data experts as well as business managers to assess opportunities and develop data driven solutions
• Work on projects and exchange experiences, and continuously build methodological knowledge and skills
• Translate complex datasets into key strategy insight
