Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 25,000 – 35,000 per month

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead the execution of high-end interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of international exposure and deep understanding of the UAE market, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and international quality standards
• Lead site meetings, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
• Prepare and present progress reports and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in project management within the fit-out industry
• Proven international project experience is essential
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• PMP certification is a plus
