ServiceNow Business Analyst

Chapman Tate Associates are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst looking for your next exciting contract? We’re hiring for a hybrid role, a 6-month contract outside IR35 based in Brussels, Belgium — offering flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to work with a dynamic international team.

What You’ll Do:

• Gather and analyse business requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements
• Translate requirements into functional specs and user stories
• Work closely with ServiceNow developers, architects, and stakeholders across IT and business teams
• Support testing, change management, and solution validation
• Contribute to process improvement and optimisation across ITSM, HRSD, or other modules

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst (past projects)
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, CSM, HRSD)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup
• English proficiency required (French & Dutch is a bonus)
