Algorithm Developer

We're looking for a motivated Senior Algorithm Developer to join a growing med-tech company. If you have a strong grasp of biomedical signal analysis and experience in data-driven algorithm design, this could be your next role.

Role Overview:

• Design and refine algorithms to enhance physiological signal monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain software features.
• Collect and validate data, run performance assessments, and assist with documentation for compliance and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare technology standards and regulations.
• Participate in research with engineering and clinical teams on innovative methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in engineering, physics, computer science, or a similar area.
• Proven experience in biomedical signal processing and algorithm creation.
• Proficiency in Python or MATLAB; capable in C/C++ and Agile environments.
• Hands-on experience with physiological data handling.
• Background in anomaly detection or similar healthcare tech.

Preferred:

• 3–5 years in medtech or diagnostic solutions.
• Familiarity with EU/FDA compliance.
• Ability to align tech development with user needs.
• Exposure to ML/AI for biosignal features.
• Scrum leadership and occasional travel flexibility.
