RPA Business Analyst

For our Digitalization and Automation team, we are looking for a new colleague who can analyze, understand, and translate business needs into technical solutions and specification documents for development teams.

Requirements:

• University degree, preferably in a technical field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is mandatory
• Experience with IT project management methodologies
• Knowledge of Machine Learning, RPA, BPM, PyTorch, and related technologies
• Strong planning skills and a results-oriented mindset
• Excellent understanding of how organizational processes relate to IT systems and software
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles and stakeholders
• Ability to build trust and secure commitment in a non-hierarchical context
• Autonomy and proactiveness
• Advanced English skills

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and map processes, categorizing them based on feasibility and automation potential
• Collect business requirements, develop system specifications, participate in the design phase with IT teams and external partners, ensure testing of new functionalities, and prepare user documentation
• Proactively draft technical specifications and contribute ideas based on personal experience and expertise
• Accurately identify business department requirements and workflows
• Communicate specifications clearly to development teams and maintain ongoing collaboration
• Act as a translator between business and technical teams, ensuring relevant information is shared effectively
• Plan and develop automation and digital projects aligned with the company's evolving business needs
• Coordinate RPA implementations (new or improved) using UiPath, and create "AS IS" and "TO BE" process diagrams
• Develop business cases for testing and ensure business departments conduct necessary tests before development
• Define test scenarios and acceptance criteria for automation processes in line with business needs
