Job Description

Provides strategic consultation for the Central Label Management Platform (part of Pharma Technical Operations) serving Pharma and Diagnostics customers in defining or designing business processes, functions and organizational structures, as well as using customer requirements in researching, identifying and internally marketing enabling technologies.

Collaborate closely with Product Owner, Scrum Master, Architects, Configuration Specialists and Tester Team (Leads)

Assesses current state of solutions, defines future state needs, identifies gaps and recommends new technology solutions and strategic business execution improvements

Business process engineering/re-engineering

Facilitate stakeholder sessions with personnel across all disciplines in the company to identify and define requirements (Non Functional), assess business processes and evaluate technology solutions

Conduct solution architecture research, PoCs, PoVs, feasibility assessment and facilitate solution application selections

Formulate business and logical data and solution architectures comprised of software, network, hardware and integration designs

Conducts impact assessments and mitigation plans for Changes and Enhancements

Works closely with Enterprise Architects on defining long term architecture vision, integration patterns and review of technical portfolio.

Creates and owns the Solution Architecture documentation

Develops IT Strategy & Roadmap consistent with the overall strategic needs of the business division.

Skills

7-10 years of professional IT experience. The person must have demonstrated an ability to think strategically and translate plans into operational excellence and cost optimization.

Deep expertise & business knowledge in the Pharma/Biotech/Dia/information industry and associated processes, for example: Computerized System Validation, Data Privacy, GXP and etc.

Implementation expertise in major applications such as Global Label Management System and any Global / Enterprise Solutions

Expertise in multiple technologies domains (e.g. networks, systems, databases, security, Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and etc.), system integration)

Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies

Remains “evergreen” and keeps up-to-date with technology trends and emerging technologies

Demonstrated ability to develop and articulate a vision for one or more technology domains

Proven experience of creating architecture designs using a formal architecture framework methodology – TOGAF, Zachman.
