Job Responsibilities

Support the Solution Architecture team in follow-up pending cases with Procurement and cross-functionally to fulfill significant Bids completion tasks. Implement of an E2E Governance and Tracking System. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Governance and Tracking System to: Provide task insights and ensure timely completion. Facilitate senior management reports and interventions. Aims to fast-track revenue realization by: Avoiding operational delays in pre-sales and post-sales stages. Assure Pre-sales and Post-sales operations Governance. Prevent delays in pre-sales and post-sales. Ensure effective governance and approvals with SA team and Procurement. Maintain the Turbo project updates weekly. Support project handovers and manage Business Memo approvals. Support other team in Task fulfilment requested by the manager. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration Major in Management Experience: 4-5 years’ experience in customer’s profiling, processes & development. 2-3 years’ experience in Audit Processing and compliance. 2-3 years’ experience in Data, Fixed and mobile processing. Skills: Industry awareness and business acumen. Networking and relationship building and Project Management skills Team leading and influencing skills Business proposal writing skills Knowledge of customer segmentation and profiling Knowledge of Sales Techniques Marketing and Product Development knowledge Creative and conceptualization skills Problem solving and decision making
