Project Planner

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

- Qatar based, having a valid Resident Permit / QID (with Transferable Visa and NOC)

- Highly skilled Professional individual

- With a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management or related field.

- With a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Project Planning and Scheduling

- With hands-on experience in MS Projects and Primavera.

- Having Primavera P6 Certification or relevant project planning training is preferred

- Detail-oriented and methodical approach.

- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.

- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Proactive and solution focused.

· DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

- Develop detailed project schedules using MS Projects and Primavera P6.

- Monitor project timelines and update schedules regularly based on project progress.

- Responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project schedules and tracking overall progress.

- Provide project control support to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

- Coordinate with project teams to ensure adherence to planned schedules.

- Perform critical path analysis and highlight risks and schedule impacts.

- Generate progress reports and dashboards for stakeholders and management.

- Attend project meetings and provide planning input and updates.

- Assist in resource planning and allocation as per project schedules.

- Support delay analysis and extension of time (EOT) claims.

- Ensure schedule baselines and updates are properly documented and maintained.

- Participate in project reviews and support continuous improvement initiatives.
