Overview of Role

Our client is looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our team our growing workforce. The People & Culture Coordinator role will play an integral role in supporting the People & Culture team, and contribute across all the phases of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding & offboarding employee engagement, data integrity, reporting, HR processes, internal communications, compliance, performance management, etc.


The right person for this role is humble but confident, possesses smart people instincts and is adept at collaborating with others across the organisation with an aim to help us achieve our goal of making employees lives simpler yet productive.


Key Role Responsibilities

  • Join a friendly and close-knit People & Culture team, taking ownership of day-to-day HR coordination and employee experience
  • Handle the HR inbox, responding to employee queries with a helpful and approachable tone, and escalate more complex issues when needed
  • Own the full onboarding journey: advertise roles, schedule interviews, prepare and issue contracts, and deliver in-person inductions for new joiners every two weeks
  • Act as the first point of contact for all new hires, ensuring a seamless and welcoming start-to-finish experience
  • Manage employee data using BambooHR, keeping records updated and accurate for compliance and reporting purposes
  • Create and issue employee documents including contracts, letters, and probation confirmations, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Track probation periods, follow up with managers, and log outcomes in the system
  • Coordinate the leaver process: arrange exit interviews, calculate final leave balances, collect laptops/equipment, and issue final documentation
  • Generate monthly HR reports and update the organisation chart as needed
  • Help coordinate company wellbeing initiatives, team social events, and internal engagement programmes
  • Keep the People & Culture SharePoint site updated with relevant content and documentation
  • Provide ad hoc support to the People team on ongoing projects and HR activities
  • Bring a warm, personable approach and genuine interest in supporting others — personality fit and team spirit are key

  • You are a skilled communicator - you proactively and positively communicate with your peers across the organisation to support and inform.

  • You are committed to your own professional development and demonstrate growth mindset and you have excellent attention to detail
  • You are committed to maintaining a high degree of personal integrity and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work effectively on various technical platforms, including HRIS, ATS, MS Office etc.
