Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Back End Developer located in Vilnius, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Back End Developer will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration with front-end systems, and working on software development and object-oriented programming tasks. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support innovation within the team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Back-End Development and Software Development skills (Java, Groovie)
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Basic understanding of Front-End Development principles
• Experience with various Programming languages
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
