About the job
As an IT Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative IT solutions that redefine the eCommerce landscape and create meaningful business value. You’ll support project teams with performance tracking, cost analysis, change evaluation, and daily earned value reporting. Your main mission? Driving projects to success - on time, on budget, and with high quality.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the client through the journey from solution delivery to achieving shared project success.
- Translate client needs into clear, structured technical tasks and ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Break down business requirements into system-level specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Own the full delivery process - from client communication and timeline planning to handing over tasks to developers.
- Lead daily stand-ups with developers, track progress, remove blockers, and keep everyone aligned.
- Actively participate in solution planning - think how the system should work, not just how to deliver it.
- Support basic quality assurance efforts and suggest improvements in testing, ideally introducing UAT practices.
What we’re looking for:
- 1+ year of experience in IT project management.
- Strong ability to manage project scope, timelines, risks, and change requests.
- Knowledge of or eagerness to learn Agile methodologies.
- A solution-oriented mindset, striving for Win/Win outcomes.
- Fluent in English and Lithuanian - both written and spoken.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and timelines.
- Creative/curious/ innovative mindset, ability to suggest improvements, and offer alternative solutions to different problems.
- Oriented to business and growth mindset.
Bonus points if you have:
- PMP or similar certifications
- Experience with eCommerce projects
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Service Desk)
- Solid understanding of systems development life cycle and methodologies
What we offer:
- Competitive monthly salary: €2807 - €3637 gross (depending on your experience and skills)
- We’re an office-first company, yet a hybrid working model is available with at least three weekly days in our modern Kaunas office. (This is not a fully remote position. Non-EU residents or applicants requiring work authorization will not be considered.)
- Regular internal and external training opportunities.
- Annual workcation with the team.
- An opportunity to make an influence on each and every decision. Every idea counts!
- A chance to shape how we do things, not just follow a process.
