CapEx Project Manager

Belcan Workforce Solutions are seeking a CapEx Project Manager on a 12-month contract to join our client’s project team in Eindhoven, Netherlands.

This is a full-time hybrid opportunity with 3 days required on site per week. Part-Time option of 4 days per week can also be considered.

About the Role

Are you an experienced CapEx Project Manager with a passion for driving impactful change in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment? A leading pharmaceutical company in the Netherlands is seeking a proactive and skilled professional to lead and implement strategic investment projects within its radio-pharmaceutical production facility.

This role is central to the execution of the company’s long-term CapEx Roadmap, focusing on the installation of new production and packaging equipment, as well as utility and facility upgrades. Projects typically range from $250K to $600K in scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of CapEx projects from proposal to operational readiness.
• Draft structured project plans covering design, procurement, installation, commissioning, training, and qualification.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Provide clear progress reporting and escalate issues proactively.
• Inspire and guide a multidisciplinary project team
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management tools and processes.

Your Profile

• Proven experience managing CapEx projects in GMP cleanroom environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• HBO/WO degree in a relevant field.
• Project management certification (IPMA, PMI PMP) is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch (C1) and proficient in English (B2).
• Proficient in Microsoft Project.
