Senior Software Engineer

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be a senior developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Reliability: Build and maintain critical production systems to ensure high reliability.
• Prototyping: Develop prototypes to showcase technological opportunities.
• Architecture: Design robust system architectures.
• Coding: Write high-quality production code.
• Deployment: Manage deployments to cloud infrastructure.
• Digital Identity: Work on both new and existing digital identity protocols.

Decision-Making:

• Identify overarching goals.
• Evaluate options and impacts.
• Clearly communicate and manage risks and tradeoffs.

Ownership:

• Take technical responsibilities seriously.
• Have opinions on current projects and ideas for future improvements.
• Build with passion and belief in the project.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Embrace blurred lines between product functions.
• Encourage designers and product managers to code.
• Foster engineers with a strong product mindset.

Continuous Learning:

• Embrace the unknown when working on new ideas.
• Dedicate time to learning new architectures, frameworks, technologies, and languages.
