Junior ServiceNow Software Engineer

The Low Code Platforms practice works as a global organization as part of SoftServe’s Digital Platforms Center of Excellence. We address the rapidly growing demand for automation with low-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow, Mendix, Pegasystems, and others.

Our team builds cross-functional solutions where low-code automation is integrated with other cutting-edge technologies. We are responsible for both the development of low-code applications and the delivery of advisory and implementation services to clients under the platform design best practices and with a defined implementation methodology.

IF YOU ARE

• Experienced with at least 1 year on the ServiceNow platform
• Certified in ServiceNow as a CSA or CAD
• Proficient in configuring and supporting ITSM and CSM applications
• Skilled in developing ServiceNow components, including Workflows, Flows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI/Data Policies, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs
  
  
  

AND YOU WANT TO

• Assist in configuring application workflows and conducting component and integration testing within ServiceNow
• Collaborate on modifying existing workflows or creating new configurations to enhance operational efficiency
• Work on troubleshooting, testing, and debugging ServiceNow configurations, escalating issues to senior team members as needed
• Contribute to customer demonstrations and assist in preparing materials for pre-sales activities and presentations
