Role Description

This is a full-time role as the Senior Lending Project Manager at Magnetiq Bank. You will lead complex lending initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of loan products and services from concept through implementation. Proactively coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and align strategic goals with regulatory and compliance standards. This role requires deep expertise in lending operations, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

• Review and evaluate client requests related to lending, in accordance with the bank’s internal regulatory documents. 
• Acquire new lending clients and increase loan portfolio 
• Prepare all necessary documentation for concluding and amending credit transactions. 
• Analyze and verify documents required for transaction approval, execution, or modification. 
• Provide professional consultations to clients and colleagues within the scope of expertise. 
• Ensure effective monitoring and control of processes within assigned responsibilities. 

✅ Qualifications

• Higher education in finance, economics, law, or business management. 

• Mandatory practical experience in corporate lending, including factoring and leasing. 

• Understanding of the lending process, legal aspects, and risk assessment. 

• Accuracy, analytical thinking, and a high sense of responsibility. 

• Proactivity and excellent teamwork skills. 

• Advanced knowledge of Latvian and English languages.
