Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic IT Developer / Full Stack Consultant:

• Contribute to innovative IT projects, participating in the design, development, and deployment of full-stack solutions.
• Engage in banking and financial sector projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain high-performance applications using technologies such as Java, Angular, C#, .NET, React, Python, and JEE.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Participate in the creation and execution of testing and validation protocols to ensure software quality and security.
• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements for existing and newly developed solutions.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve system performance and user experience.
• Work with Cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Cloud architecture for scalable and secure application deployment (a plus).

How do we imagine our future IT Developer / Full Stack Consultant?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience in full-stack development, with expertise in one or more of the following: Java, Angular, C#, .NET, React, Python.
• Solid knowledge of key frameworks and APIs such as Spring, Struts, Hibernate, JSP, Servlets, JDBC, JNDI.
• Experience with modern web technologies, front-end and back-end development.
• Knowledge of Cloud computing, DevOps practices, and cloud-native architectures is a strong advantage.
• Prior experience in banking, financial services, or fintech projects is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in agile environments, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in French and English.
