Backend Developer

BGTS is looking for a Backend Engineer to join our growing team based in Turkey, the UK, and the EU. Our teams support many clients in the UK and EU across industries.

What will you be doing:

• Design and develop the backend architecture for new projects
• Collaborate with the backend team to build sustainable and scalable systems
• Work closely with the frontend team to ensure fast and efficient integration
• Follow coding standards and testing processes to improve software quality
• Provide support for DevOps processes when needed (e.g., CI/CD, Docker)

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in backend development using .NET Core
• Experience with Entity Framework and/or Dapper
• Proficiency in working with relational databases such as SQL Server and PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with technologies like Redis and RabbitMQ
• Ability to read and write technical documentation in English
• Strong teamwork skills and clear communication abilities
• Awareness of software architecture principles and clean code practices
