C/C++ Software Design Engineer

We are looking for C/C++ Software Design Engineers to join our team, developing features and bug fixes on a Cloud Telecommunication Solution. We are primarily seeking candidates with 2–3 years of experience in C/C++ development, but we also welcome high-potential junior candidates, provided they have strong hands-on experience and a solid understanding of C/C++ programming.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms
• Strong English communication skills
• Knowledge of VoIP Telephony (SIP, RTP/RTCP, etc) and Telecom protocols is an advantage
• Networking and TCP/UDP protocols troubleshooting
• Linux experience
• High quality programming talents and being eager to develop and take on responsibility
• A real team player can work with remote teams

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Understanding customer requirements of VoIP services for some telecom equipments, analyzing, and comparing them to the system architecture
• Develop, maintain, and optimize efficient C/C++ code for performance-critical applications
• Collaborate with architects and other developers in designing robust software solutions
• Debug and resolve complex technical issues in production or development environments
• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
• Write clear documentation and follow development best practices
