Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards that support decision-making across the organization.

• Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets.

• Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.

• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Collect, clean, and analyze datasets to provide actionable insights.

• Utilize tool sets to drive data output and input into MDR

• Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Use statistical tools and methodologies to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and provide solutions.

• Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and concise manner.

• Assist in planning, organizing, and managing project timelines and deliverables.

• Monitor project progress and report on performance to stakeholders.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely completion of project milestones.

• Identify potential data risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Maintain comprehensive data sets and records.

• Design, implement, and manage surveys or feedback forms using Microsoft Forms.

• Analyze data collected from forms to identify trends and actionable insights.

• Ensure surveys are user-friendly, accessible, and align with project or organizational goals.

• Integrate Microsoft Forms data with other tools and systems for reporting and analysis.
