Business Analyst – Business Transformation

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to work closely with a high-performing Project Management Office (PMO) team on a suite of business-critical projects. You’ll play a key role in shaping processes, driving insights, and partnering with diverse stakeholders across the business to support strategic growth.

About the Role

As the Senior Business Analyst, you’ll be central to upcoming business transformation initiatives, including system upgrades and operational process redesigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and can work confidently with cross-functional teams—from finance and operations to customer experience and technology.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Engaging with business stakeholders to capture, define and document current and future state processes
• Developing clear process maps using tools such as Visio and BPMN
• Producing high-quality documentation and reports to support project delivery
• Coordinating UAT activities and contributing to the successful implementation of change
• Analysing business performance and identifying areas for continuous improvement

About You

You bring:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in dynamic, high-growth businesses
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and communication across all levels
• Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, formulas) and process mapping tools
• Experience delivering business-focused outcomes (retail or consumer goods experience is highly regarded)
• A proactive, personable, and solutions-focused mindset
