Company Overview:

Our client is a specialist Insurance Fintech dedicated to offering specialist Insurance solutions to the Australasian market. Experiencing rapid growth and success, this company is currently looking for a high calibre Product Manager to join their Technology team.

Role Overview:

• Work with the team on a new GI product build experience- End to end product build experience required, must be on multiple platforms.
• Work with a number of stakeholders to elicit, capture and document business requirements and write high quality user stories and functional and non-functional requirements
• Map current and future business processes
• Define, scope, and prioritise delivery of requirements against agreed projects
• Identify, verify and address gaps in information provided by stakeholders
• Negotiate trade-offs that are both acceptable to stakeholders and within budgetary, technical, regulatory, and operational constraints
• Assist with change control management and validation
• Review design and testing deliverables to ensure completeness of requirements
• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities
• Conducting requirement workshops and document high and low level requirements and acceptance criteria’s

Skills & Experience:

• Solid Core Product Management / Business Analysis Experience
• Must have end-end New Product Build experience - this is mandatory
• Must have experience with General Insurance experience - Broking / Claims / Underwriting – mandatory
• Excellent verbal and written communication and proven quality stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interact with a diverse group, executives, managers and subject matter experts
