About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer who’s comfortable working end-to-end, from concept to production, and who thrives on solving tough technical challenges.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building intelligent AI agents that identify trends, generate insights and enhance financial forecasting
• Taking machine learning models from prototype to production, used by real users at scale
• Working with structured and messy data sets across various industries
• Collaborating closely with the product and engineering teams to bring features to life
• Experimenting with new technologies, including generative AI and LLMs (e.g., AWS Bedrock)

About You:

• 5+ years of experience delivering ML solutions in production
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Strong software engineering principles - clean, tested, and scalable code
• Hands-on experience with agent-based systems (e.g. LangChain, DSPy, or your own frameworks)
• Deep understanding of machine learning techniques like forecasting, classification, and anomaly detection

Nice to have experience with:

• Experience with modern data tools (dbt, Snowflake, Airbyte, DuckDB)
• Familiarity with AWS services, especially Bedrock or SageMaker
• Practical mindset with a focus on building solutions that work, not just theoretical models
