HR Generalist – Employee Relations Focus

Location: Eastern Suburbs, Sydney

Rate: $60-65 per hour + Super

Duration: 6 months with potential for extension

Your New Role

As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the organisation across a range of HR functions, with a strong focus on employee relations. Your responsibilities will include managing performance issues, handling grievances, supporting investigations, and advising managers on best practice HR processes.

About You

You are an experienced HR generalist with a solid background in employee relations and performance management. You’re confident in navigating complex workplace issues, have excellent communication skills, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, public sector environment. Solid Public Sector experience is essential.
