🔎 We are looking for:

We are now hiring a committed and professional HSE Manager or Supervisor to join a large industrial project site. Your role is to promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE procedures throughout all project phases.

📍 Location: Sweden

📝 As a HSE Manager / Supervisor, you will:

• Oversee and enforce daily safety practices
• Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Organize and participate in inductions and safety trainings
• Investigate incidents and support root cause analysis
• Maintain HSE documentation and reporting
  
  

🏆 What we expect from you:

• Proven experience in an HSE role in an industrial or construction environment
• Knowledge of HSE legislation and best practices
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
• Commitment to creating a safe and positive work environment
