Senior Python Developers

We're hiring experienced Senior Python Developers to join a growing engineering team working on high-impact, enterprise-grade platforms across various domains. These roles are ideal for developers with a strong background in backend architecture, microservices, and data-intensive systems - not just scripts or standalone modules. You'll be contributing to full lifecycle development in agile environments, helping design, build, and scale modern applications used across global operations.

What We're Looking For
We are seeking developers with 4-10+ years of hands-on Python experience (not general development), including:

• 
  Strong expertise in one or more enterprise web frameworks: Django, FastAPI, Flask
• 
  Proven background delivering and maintaining full-scale enterprise applications, not just ML/AI tools or automation scripts
• 
  Practical experience with databases - both relational (SQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB)
• 
  Proficiency with ORMs such as SQLAlchemy
• 
  Experience working with microservices architectures and containers
• 
  Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems
• 
  Comfortable in Agile teams with strong knowledge of testing concepts
• 
  Strong communication skills, initiative, and a high level of ownership
  
  

• 
  Frontend knowledge: React.js, TypeScript, or Angular
• 
  Experience in financial services, markets, or trading platforms
• 
  Exposure to graph databases (e.g., Neo4j, TigerGraph)
• 
  Experience with ETL pipelines, data transformation, and big data
• 
  DevOps tools: Ansible, Bitbucket, Jenkins
• 
  Cloud platform knowledge (AWS, Azure) and serverless architecture experience
• 
  Experience with config-driven development for scalable, maintainable systems
