Java Software Engineer

What You Will Be Working On:

• Build and enhance integrations to accelerate client onboarding and data flow.
• Develop scalable backend features that support AI/ML-driven workforce optimization.
• Improve infrastructure monitoring and automate key processes for seamless operation.
• Collaborate with frontend and infrastructure teams to design and implement new features.
• Occasionally interact with client IT teams to ensure smooth integration and support.

Who We Are Looking For:

• 3–5 years of professional Java development experience (Spring/REST API/Pub/Sub messaging preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to providing feedback and improvements.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with customers’ IT teams when required.
• Interest in algorithms, AI, or machine learning is a strong plus.
• A collaborative mindset, thriving in cross-functional teams with product owners and frontend/infrastructure developers.
