About Us: In the Development & IT department, we develop, support, maintain, and operate Adform Flow. Our main goal is to deliver a stable and competitive product by focusing on client value.

Role Overview: As a Data/Software Engineer, you'll work with team members and Architects to develop the back-end of the Adform Advertising Platform. We focus on quality and scalability. We're looking for a dedicated back-end engineer in Kaunas committed to building high-quality software.

Team Specifics: You will work in a project team focused on internal company products (not external projects). This team assists Platform teams with delivery, implementing solutions from scratch in various domains. Once solutions are released to clients and the warranty period passes, they are handed back to the Platform team.

Type of Work: We seek candidates with mixed profiles (data/software engineer) as this team will be focusing on read model building solutions using SQL. The platform enables the implementation of hierarchical and fast read models, offering advanced filtering and sorting capabilities optimized for UI consumption. Additionally, you'll work on various backend projects using .NET, including but not limited to APIs and background workers.

Technologies: You'll develop software using PostgreSQL and .NET (C#), and work with various technologies like REST, GraphQL (using JavaScript), MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Kafka (using Scala), Docker, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, and more. Don't worry if you're not an expert with these tools; we'll share our knowledge with you.

• Data Engineering Experience:  3+ years with SQL. PostgreSQL experience would be a big plus
• Software Engineering Experience: 1+ year with .NET backend services
• Testing Expertise: Proficient in automated unit, integration, end-to-end, and performance tests
• Messaging Queues Experience: Knowledge of RabbitMQ and/or Kafka
• Container Skills: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
