We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager to lead renewable energy projects from concept to completion. If you are passionate about sustainability and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this role is for you.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end project execution – from planning, budgeting, and subcontracting, to implementation and delivery.
• Coordinate teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality execution.
• Set and align project expectations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and performance, solve problems on the go, and ensure all documentation is top-notch.
• Be the central point of contact for clients, ensuring transparency, updates, and long-term satisfaction.
• Use your leadership skills to build and energize high-performing teams.

🎯 What We Expect From You

• 5+ years of project coordination or management experience, ideally in EPC or energy-related industries.
• A degree in Engineering, Business, or similar.
• Proven experience with cost estimation, budgeting, and risk management.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.
• Great communicator, problem-solver, and natural multitasker.
• Bonus: experience with EPC contract management.
• Availability for occasional international travel.
