Human Resources & Logistics Coordinator

A Human Resources & Logistics Coordinator is required , he must have experience with the emiraties laws and processes for visa residency and etc.... .

The Job based in Abu Dhabi but covering UAE ( Abu Dhabi , Dubai and Al Ain currently )

Responsibilities

-HR Services: Posting job openings, sourcing, screening & onboarding 

- Employee Services: online processing, renewal & cancellation of residency visas, Emirates ID, Work Permits & Insurance

- Company Services: online processing & renewal of company licenses for different branches & other business logistics including vehicle license renewal

- HR Systems: experience in handling payroll, attendance, leave, bonus & end of service (preferably ODOO)

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in Emirati laws

Proficiency in Arabic and English

Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems, especially ODOO

3-5 years of experience in human resources and logistics coordination

Must be located in commutable distance to Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates
