Backend Java Developer

Role: Java Backend Developer

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Experience: 5+ Years with BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.

Must Have:

• Java Backend Development: 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise environments.
• Spring Boot/Microservices: Proven expertise in building scalable, high-performance applications.
• REST APIs: Skilled in designing and developing RESTful web services.
• Distributed Systems: Experience in building and maintaining distributed applications.
• Databases: Experience working with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Data Structures & Algorithms: Strong problem-solving abilities with a solid understanding of system design principles.

Good to Have:

• Messaging Systems: Practical knowledge of Kafka for real-time data processing is preferred.
• Domain: Experience in retail/eCommerce or product-based companies is a plus.
