About Us

We are an international, Polish-American company called 300Brains, operating in the area of Information Technology with the aim of supporting international companies, primarily startups, in the implementation of their brilliant ideas.

What We Expect From You

  • Proficiency in JavaScript (Node.js) and React with strong TypeScript skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in working with AWS Cloud Services (e.g., Lambdas, CloudFormation, or Terraform) in a serverless/microservices architecture.
  • Experience in building high-throughput APIs for managing large-scale third-party integrations, especially within Financial Services.
  • Advanced understanding of NoSQL databases (MongoDB & DynamoDB).
  • For AI-focused roles: Experience with NLP, LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT), and prompt engineering.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong product engineering mindset with the ability to consider the business impact and user experience in every task.
  • Ability to communicate openly and challenge assumptions constructively, especially during project discovery.
  • Proactive, independent, and highly motivated approach to work.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (spoken and written).

Integrations Role

What will you do with us:

  • Develop and manage multiple third-party API connections, optimizing for scalability and efficiency.
  • Implement solutions to handle large data volumes and manage rate-limiting effectively.

Features Role

  • Work on UI enhancements and full UI rewrites to improve user experiences.
  • Develop and optimize backend processing flows within a serverless tech stack.

Models & Customization Role (AI-focused)

  • Develop scalable models and tools to streamline AI-driven customizations.
  • Collaborate with the Models team to create solutions enabling non-developers to manage customizations efficiently.
