About Us

We are an international, Polish-American company called 300Brains, operating in the area of Information Technology with the aim of supporting international companies, primarily startups, in the implementation of their brilliant ideas.

We're looking for a Junior React Developer to help shape modern, responsive frontends for a fast-evolving insurance platform built on DLT. You'll work in a cross-functional Scrum team delivering frontend components and client-specific UI features.

✅ What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain UI components using React
  • Implement responsive, accessible, and high-quality user interfaces
  • Work closely with backend developers and designers
  • Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs
  • Participate in peer reviews, QA, and sprint ceremonies

🛠 Required Skills

  • 1–2 years of commercial experience with React (JavaScript/ES6+)
  • Solid HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design understanding
  • Experience writing unit tests (e.g., Jest, Testing Library)
  • Good grasp of RESTful API integration
  • Proficient English communication skills (verbal and written)

🌟 Nice To Have

  • TypeScript familiarity
  • Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand)
  • Previous work with agile development processes
