We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Visualization & Analytics Specialist to join our Market Insights & Analytics team within the ACM Operating Unit. This role is instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making by transforming complex datasets into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data visualization tools, advanced coding capabilities in Snowflake, and expertise in leveraging platforms like Alteryx, Power BI, and Tableau.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize data pipelines within Snowflake for effective data extraction and transformation.
  • Utilize Alteryx to automate workflows and streamline data preparation processes.
  • Create dynamic and visually compelling dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all analytics processes.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance analytics capabilities.


Top responsibilities (specific):

  • Managing and updating existing data visualization tools
  • Support in building new pricing visualization tool combining multiple systems
  • Updating existing Tableau dashboard for strategic planning process
  • Continuing to build out SG2 data visualization
  • Ad-hoc data visualization requests


Required experience:

  • Proficient in SQL and Python, with demonstrated experience coding in Snowflake.
  • Advanced knowledge of Alteryx, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Proven track record in big data visualization and analytics.
  • Strong understanding of data governance and best practices.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with healthcare or med-tech industry data.
  • Experience working in a global organization or matrixed environment.
  • Location: Colorado (Lafeyette office) or remote for strong candidate
