I’m thrilled to be partnering with a globally recognized luxury goods retailer in their search for an HR Advisor/HR Business Partner to join their team on a 12–14-month parental leave contract, based in Sydney CBD.
This is a standalone role in Australia, a great opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive environment during an exciting period of growth.
About the role:
Reporting into the Country Manager, Australia you will provide HR support across areas of:
- HR Operations & Talent Management
- Payroll Coordination & Reporting
- Compensation & Benefits
- People Management & Employee Relations
- Employee Engagement & Projects
About you:
To be successful in this role you will have at least 3-5 years in generalist HR position. Experience in a retail industry/luxury retail would be advantageous to understand the complexities of the organisation. You should have excellent interpersonal skills and be a strong communicator who is adaptable and articulate.
To allow for a handover, this role must start in late July.
The salary is c $110,000 + super.
