AI Product Manager | €150M+ BioTech Distribution | Greenfield Build | AI + Internal Automation | Cologne (Hybrid)

AI Futures have been exclusively retained to find an AI Product Manager for a fast-growing, profitable BioTech distribution company with €150M+ revenue and a flat, product-led culture. This is a rare opportunity to build from scratch in a greenfield environment—free from legacy constraints—and lead the internal AI and automation strategy across the business.

The company is investing heavily in AI, cloud, and low-code/no-code platforms to drive efficiency across logistics, sales operations, and internal services. They're seeking a hands-on Product Manager to own the vision and delivery of smart internal tools that streamline workflows and enable data-driven decision-making at scale.

3 days per week onsite in Cologne.

Up to €100k fixed salary.

The Role

• Define and own the roadmap for internal automation tools and AI workflows
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases
• Design and deliver low-code/no-code solutions to improve internal efficiency
• Work with engineering and data teams to integrate AI features into internal tooling
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of process-optimisation products
• Clear path to grow into a strategic leadership role in AI Product

The Candidate

• 3–5+ years in product management, internal tools, or AI solution ownership
• Strong track record of optimising business processes using tech
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g. Power Platform, Retool, Airtable)
• Comfortable working closely with non-technical stakeholders and technical teams alike
• Fluent in German and English (Professional Level)
• Bonus: experience in regulated or pharma-related operations
