🛡️ We’re hiring: Information Security Analyst

📍 Location: Dublin | 🕒 Hybrid | Full-time | Permanent

We’re looking for an Information Security Analyst to support the delivery of a multi-year control testing programme. This role sits within the second line of defence and plays a crucial part in evaluating the strength of our security controls and risk posture.

🔍 In this role, you will:

▪ Carry out control testing in line with the Information Security Monitoring Plan

▪ Assess both design adequacy and operational effectiveness of controls

▪ Partner with control owners and risk leads to validate documentation and evidence

▪ Document findings, support remediation efforts, and track through to closure

▪ Maintain activity logs and evidence within the GRC platform

▪ Contribute to risk assessments, policies, and continuous improvement efforts

🎯 What you’ll bring to the team:

▪ 5+ years’ experience in cybersecurity, with 2+ focused on control testing or risk assessments

▪ Familiarity with NIST CSF v2 and NIST 800-53 v5

▪ Certifications like CISA, CISSP, CISM, or CRISC

▪ Strong communication skills – able to break down technical risks for non-technical audiences

▪ Experience with RSA Archer or other GRC platforms is an advantage

▪ A methodical, proactive approach to problem-solving and stakeholder engagement
