IT Manager (IT Administrator & Vendor Coordinator)
Role Overview
The IT Manager (IT Administrator & Vendor Coordinator) is responsible for managing Deeper’s internal IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless IT operations, and coordinating third-party IT services. This role focuses on overseeing office IT assets, user support processes, IT security, vendor management, and infrastructure maintenance. While most IT services are outsourced, the IT Manager ensures that external partners meet SLAs, drive continuous improvement, and align with company needs. Additionally, this role safeguards cybersecurity standards, ensures smooth employee onboarding/offboarding in IT systems, and oversees IT-related projects within the organization.
Responsibilities:
IT Asset & Office Infrastructure Management
- Oversee and manage all IT equipment, including laptops, monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, and other office IT tools.
- Establish and maintain procurement processes for timely replacement, upgrades, and new purchases.
- Ensure that all IT hardware and software are properly maintained, updated, and secured.
- Manage an inventory tracking system to monitor IT assets.
IT User Support & Process Alignment
- Define and maintain IT support processes for internal users, ensuring smooth onboarding/offboarding procedures.
- Coordinate with third-party IT support providers, ensuring they meet service expectations.
- Develop and implement clear policies for user requests, troubleshooting, and IT issue resolution.
- Act as the escalation point for major IT incidents and ensure their timely resolution.
Vendor & Third-Party IT Services Management
- Manage relationships with external IT vendors, including hosting providers, IT support companies, data security firms, and software providers.
- Monitor SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and ensure vendors are delivering optimal performance.
- Regularly review contracts and negotiate improvements in service terms and costs.
- Ensure third-party providers continuously improve IT services and proactively address potential issues.
IT Infrastructure & Security Oversight
- Work closely with the IT Architect to ensure system stability and data security across all platforms.
- Monitor IT infrastructure performance, including hosting services and network reliability.
- Oversee cybersecurity protocols, ensuring compliance with security best practices.
- Coordinate penetration testing, security audits, and vulnerability assessments with external security providers.
- Implement security policies for employees, including password management, access control, and software security.
IT Project Coordination & Process Improvement
- Lead small to mid-sized internal IT projects, such as system upgrades, software rollouts, and security enhancements.
- Collaborate with different departments to identify IT needs and drive technology improvements.
- Ensure IT-related projects align with business goals and are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT administration, IT support, or IT management roles.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and office IT systems.
- Experience in managing third-party IT services and vendor relationships.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and IT security compliance.
- Familiarity with SLA management, IT service contracts, and procurement processes.
- Hands-on experience in IT troubleshooting and support (even if support is outsourced).
- Strong knowledge of user management processes (onboarding/offboarding, access control, etc.).
- Ability to lead small IT projects and process improvements.
- Experience in penetration testing coordination and security assessments (or working with external providers).

Salary
Fixed part of the salary depending on work experience: 3 450 - 4 315 EUR gross + variable pay and premium
