About the Opportunity:

Our client, a reputable and well-established General Contractor, is seeking a Project Manager to lead ground-up ICI projects across the GTA. Known for their collaborative culture and forward-thinking approach, they take pride in delivering high-quality institutional and commercial builds that make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of new build ICI projects, from pre-construction through to final turnover.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, and scheduling efforts alongside internal and external teams.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring consistent communication with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project performance to ensure completion on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Drive a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all active sites.

What We're Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience in ICI construction with a strong focus on new build projects.
• Proven experience managing projects from $10M–$80M in value.
• Solid knowledge of construction methodologies, contract administration, and project controls.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
