✅ Must-Have Qualifications:

✔ 12+ years overall experience (5+ in banking sector)

✔ Program Management: Led 2+ large programs (>$1M budget)

✔ System Integration: Background in SI companies

✔ MENA Expertise: Regional experience required

✔ SAFe Certified

✔ SuperApp/Banking Transformation: Ecosystem development experience

🔍 Core Responsibilities:

• Design governance frameworks for SuperApp Ecosystem Programs
• Develop banking transformation strategies with ROI focus
• Lead stakeholder coordination across MENA markets
• Implement KPIs for workstream analysis
• Maintain Conception Papers for strategic planning
