Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

A Mid-Level Full Stack Developer is sought to join a high-performing, collaborative engineering team working on a modern platform used across multiple interfaces. You'll be given the autonomy and variety to work across both the frontend and backend—building new features, supporting existing functionality, and contributing to a fast-paced sprint cycle.

Reporting to the CTO, you’ll have a clear voice in technical decisions and the opportunity to work with a broad, well-established frontend team, while contributing to backend services built in C#.

This is a full-time, hybrid role with flexibility around WFH and a soon-to-be city-based office.

You Should Have

• 2–3 years of commercial experience as a software developer
• Practical experience with Vue and/or React – ideally both
• Hands-on backend development experience using C#
• Ability to fluidly shift between frontend and backend responsibilities
• Confidence working across multiple parts of a sprint and collaborating with peers across disciplines
• A proactive attitude and comfort working in a dynamic, scaling team

Nice to Have

• Experience in full stack roles at a product-led or scale-up company
• Strong attention to detail in both UX and backend design
• Interest in clean code, modern dev practices, and collaborative problem solving

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to full stack development across a suite of cross-platform applications
• Build and maintain frontend components using Vue and/or React
• Develop and support backend APIs and services in C#
• Collaborate with a wide frontend team and a small backend group to drive feature delivery
• Participate in agile sprint cycles and assist in shaping technical scope
• Maintain code quality through reviews, testing, and clean architecture practices
