A fast-growing B2B SaaS company is hiring a Head of DevOps to lead its cloud infrastructure and deployment strategy. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on scaling and securing the Azure-based platform while enabling faster, more reliable software delivery.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience with Microsoft technologies, Azure cloud services, and modern DevOps practices. You will be responsible for developing the DevOps roadmap, managing a talented team, and ensuring the scalability, performance, and security of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the DevOps team, setting direction and driving best practices
• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of Azure infrastructure
• Automate infrastructure using tools like Terraform or ARM templates
• Collaborate with development and product teams to streamline delivery
• Monitor systems and drive continuous improvement across environments

Requirements:

• 7+ years in DevOps with strong Azure and Microsoft tech expertise
• Proven team leadership in a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong skills in scripting, infrastructure as code, and containerization
• Solid understanding of cloud security and compliance standards

Preferred: Azure certifications, experience with monitoring tools, and agile methodologies.
