Human Resources Generalist

Artemis Human Capital is delighted to partner with a rapidly growing, well-established organisation in County Kildare, with an annual turnover exceeding €80 million, to recruit for the newly created HR Generalist role.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist to join the Senior Leadership Team, providing expert coaching, refining HR policies and procedures, and driving strategic HR initiatives whilst benefiting from a fantastic pay and benefits package.


What will you receive as HR Generalist?

  • €50,000-60,000 upon experience
  • Performance-based discretionary bonus
  • 21 days of annual leave plus bank holidays off
  • No weekend work- Monday to Friday
  • Fuel allowance card
  • Full autonomy within the HR function


What will you do as HR Generalist?

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will take full ownership of the HR function, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment with business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist HR support to the Senior Management Team and employees across the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Review and enhance HR processes to support the company’s ongoing expansion.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring a strong pipeline of top-tier talent
  • Manage on performance and quality management activities ie. conducting performance appraisals and revising training processes
  • Take ownership on employee relations cases, including grievances and disciplinaries, while ensuring full compliance with employment legislation.
  • Review and optimize compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent, staying ahead of market trends.


What will you require as HR Generalist?

  • Minimum 4-5 years of HR experience including at HR Generalist level
  • Proven experience advising senior leadership, leading recruitment activities, and refining HR policies & procedures
  • Proficiency in HR systems, performance appraisals, and training & development planning
  • Preferably, experience in the construction or engineering industry
  • HR degree or CIPD qualification (desirable)
  • Full driving licence and access to a car
