Job Title: Business Analyst with Scrum
Location: Barcelona, Spain

Work Mode: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in Scrum methodologies to join our dynamic team in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring smooth delivery of high-quality digital solutions. You will play a critical role in gathering and analyzing requirements, creating user stories, and driving agile ceremonies.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
Translate business needs into detailed user stories and functional specifications.
Collaborate with the Scrum Team to prioritize the product backlog and plan sprints.
Act as a liaison between the Product Owner and Development Team, ensuring clear understanding of requirements.
Facilitate agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Conduct gap analyses, impact assessments, and feasibility studies.
Support UAT by preparing test cases and validating developed features.
Maintain documentation related to business processes, user guides, and workflows.
Continuously improve and streamline agile practices within the team.
Required Skills And Qualifications
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Solid understanding of Scrum practices and Agile frameworks.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in digital transformation projects is a plus.
Fluent in English; Spanish or Catalan is a plus.
