IT Project Manager - Capacity Expansions


Location: Switzerland


Languages: English and German fluent


Responsibilities

  • Lead several complex IT projects simultaneously in a structured and compliance-driven setting
  • Ensure alignment across departments including technical, operational, and strategic functions
  • Act as a central point of contact between teams, external suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Oversee timelines, resources, and milestones to keep projects on track
  • Adapt to evolving priorities and resolve project challenges proactively


Your Profile

  • Degree in IT, engineering, or a relevant technical field
  • Extensive experience managing infrastructure-focused projects
  • Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple locations
  • Proven record in handling end-to-end delivery of large-scale initiatives
  • Experience in industrial or regulated environments is an advantage
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Comfortable with occasional work outside standard hours to support international collaboration
