About the Company



Hudson RPO is currently recruiting a Tracking & Analytics Specialist on behalf of a leading player in the technology and digital services sector. This role plays a mission-critical part in the organization’s ability to understand, measure, and improve customer acquisition, retention, and engagement across a multi-brand environment.



About the Role



This role will appeal to a highly detail-oriented analytics professional with hands-on expertise in GA4, HubSpot, Mixpanel, and other key martech tools, who thrives on ensuring precision in attribution, data collection, and reporting. As the key architect behind tracking infrastructure and marketing analytics reporting, you'll ensure consistent and scalable tracking across websites, campaigns, and media channels — enabling the organisation to drive performance with confidence.



Responsibilities



  • Define and implement tracking and attribution models across the customer lifecycle — from acquisition to retention.
  • Manage tagging, event tracking, and campaign measurement using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and product analytics tools.
  • Ensure seamless integration between tracking systems, product analytics (e.g., Mixpanel), CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and financial reporting.
  • Continuously optimize the tracking setup to improve data accuracy, reliability, and reporting relevance.
  • Provide clean, actionable reporting in tools like Looker Studio or Omni, aligned with business KPIs and campaign objectives.
  • Support marketing teams with training, best practices, troubleshooting, and ongoing tracking support.
  • Conduct regular audits and maintain documentation for all tracking infrastructure.
  • Translate performance data into insights that drive optimization across paid, owned, and earned media channels.


Qualifications



  • 6+ years’ experience in digital marketing analytics, data tracking, or martech operations.


Required Skills



  • Strong working knowledge of GA4 (including custom events), Google Tag Manager, Mixpanel, and HubSpot.
  • Proven expertise in setting up and maintaining tracking systems for cross-channel campaigns and conversion paths.
  • Solid understanding of attribution models (first-click, last-click, linear, data-driven) and customer journey mapping.
  • Experience integrating tracking data with financial systems and calculating key metrics like CAC, CLV, and ROI.
  • Proficiency in building dashboards and reports using visualization tools such as Looker Studio or Omni.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive, highly analytical, and meticulous when it comes to data accuracy and process documentation.
